Matt Bell

Hi, I’m Matt Bell—a Christian & a family man first; sourdough artisan second. I’ve been baking for over 30 years.  It all started by baking cookies for my family when I was (cough cough) years old.  Of the 5 main food groups (bread, candy, meat, ice cream, and tacos)…bread is my favorite!

Porterville Bread was born from a love of fresh bread & the dream of sharing with our community.  We offer naturally leavened loaves made with high quality ingredients. Thanks for checking out our website & we hope you enjoy our bread!!!
